In summer 2019, I was fortunate to be accepted into Career Mentoring III – Salzburg/Krems/Linz, a two-year career mentoring programme specifically targeting female Early Career Researchers. I am grateful that Kay O’Halloran (Liverpool) agreed to be my mentor.
The programme features a series of very insightful workshops on topics such as profile- and career-building, successful networking and job applications, or finding a healthy work-life balance, and a two-day voice coaching.
This coming February will already be our network’s last official meeting – but I am already looking forward to catching up with all the inspiring women (from all over Austria), who I met through the programme.
I am indebted to Salzburg University for letting me be part of this.
